Yes yes yes to giving ourselves permission to be unapologetic! 💥💯🙏 (There was so much in here yet right now that’s the one big yes popping out!)

It’s what I live and share with women, too, so I’m appreciating our overlapping medicine and truth-telling. The more of us revolutionaries, the better! 😁🙏✨

Wow this is powerful.

“All I knew was that I no longer resonated with the version of myself that I had created.”

I have felt this before and it’s a really scary thought but can lead to a much needed disruption in the patterns we trap ourselves in.

Exactly, Sara! Thank you for sharing.

Only when I embraced full honesty with myself and asked : 'what do I want?', could I disrupt the deeply conditioned patterns that I had fostered.

It IS scary and often times we cannot do it alone since we have our own hidden blindspots. AND, the good news is that we don't need to do it alone. We are here to support each other and can also get the professional support we need.

I know that FREEDOM lies on the other side of the fears and so it's worth reaching the freedom from the prison of the mind✨😊
