The last couple of nights I've had trouble falling asleep, and so I was using the box breathing. And that always seems to help. Except it wasn't helping last night, so I got up to go to the bathroom and hope to create a reset -- you know, climb back in bed and fall right asleep. But as I was heading back into the bedroom, my cat was waiting outside the bedroom door ... He wanted to let me know that I do not need to breathe in and out on the box breathing, but that it will also work if I just draw the box. And that really helped me a lot, I fell right asleep. He is a very wise cat. 🐱❤️
