Wow. I absolutely love this idea of bullet pointing your journey. I felt all the emotions, happy, excited, sad, heartbroken, etc as I was reading it all. So much loss yet I felt hope through the whole thing. 4 languages, I'm impressed even though you said not to be. 😂 I could feel the authenticity of the relationships when you were talking about your aunt and grandma. What a journey. Thanks for sharing.
Tamy - wow, I'm tired after reading everything you've been through (kidding!). But that's an incredible timeline. You've been through so much, I'm sure you have lots of wisdom and stories to tell.
A few notes - the picture of you on the beach blending in is pretty wild! And raising five kids while being a surgeon and running your own business sounds so taxing. I'm really sorry to hear that you and your daughter are estranged, I hope for the best for both of you. Interested to see what you post next!
Thanks for reading, Istiaq. I was exhausted writing it, and this was the edited/revised/short version LOL yes, busy life. So grateful to have evolved out of surgery after feeling very complete with my career and dive deep into supporting others in the Journey of Self-Discovery✨
Camouflage body painting is an incredible art form and was an amazing experience.
Thank you for your well wishes as it relates to my daughter🙏The deep transformational spiritual work I've done over the past 15+years definitely came in to good use now when the pain hit, I know how NOT to create more suffering for myself and others. For this, I am grateful 🙏
yes! people ask me what's the best tip I can give them in becoming a better mother/father/spouse/colleague/doctor/etc. and my answer is always using Socrates words : know thyself.
When you dive into self-discovery and self-awareness you not only relieve your own self from unnecessary added suffering but you ALSO prevent bringing unneeded extra suffering to others in your life. Powerful game changer!
Beautiful Journey of Redemption. Lots of hills and valleys. I wrote something similar on my blog on my website. Perhaps one day it’ll be read by many? Only God knows this! https://melindabernstein.com/journey-of-redemption/
Wow. Quite a life. I love how you detailed every aspect of your life for us here. We are a family and we love you. Thank you for trusting us this much💕💕
I always think it's rather brave of people to put their bio out into the world. I started writing mine 30 or 40 years ago, but it just got too complicated.
What I'm doing now, is writing short stories based on life events. Some of the people I write about are no longer with us, so that's okay. However, I find it very difficult........
I have a website with a short bio and some stuff about what I do. Let me know what you think. I'm at:
THanks for connecting, Tom. Love that you’re writing short vignettes from your life now. Will check out your website and reflect back to you. Glad you’re here.
My dear soul sister, I strolled down your memory lane and applaud you for your courage! Your tenacity. Your language fluency. OMG. My college French professor made a deal with me. She'd give me an A if I promised NEVER ever to speak a word of French again. My Virginia hillbilly accent assaulted her ear LOL.
The nude body painting was lovely. The one by the sea - amazing! I was shamed into de-clothing poolside in Southern California, and because of my stature as a 6'5" woman, I was asked, "Where did you have it done? It's soooo go!"
I had no idea what they meant until they responded to my "Did what?"
Your plastic surgeon mind can guess for sure.
I'm honored to have spent time with you on Zoom, and I look forward to our continued connection, Tamy - the Soul Surgeon extraordinaire.
Thank you for reading and engaging with my Life in Bullet Points. Quite a humbling experience to write that one out. I imagine yours might be as think as the bible, because, girlllll , you’ve lived it ALLLLLLL.
Love our connection @Dr Donna Blevins and ALL your anecdotes. Grateful to know you. 💖😀💫
Thank you for reading and reflecting back, Amanda. Appreciate you.
Falling in love in my late 40s… ahhh… that’s a whole story in itself. Can’t wait to write about it.
Not sure I understand your questions but I can tell you that this love was way deeper than any love I’ve ever experienced. It was a coming home to myself.
If I didn’t answer your questions then please resend and re-ask me, I’m happy to answer.🥰✨
This is an incredible life filled with reclaiming your light and living the miracle that you are! I’m truly tickled and inspired by your story and it invited me to share my journey soon.
Thank you for being a beacon of light and example of what I call SOVARA. WOW! 🤩
Sovereignty + Solara = Sovara. There’s more to this to be shared later on.
I’m giving you the tight fuzzy hugs sister all the way from Vegas. I hope you feel it because your energy and aura I can feel glowing all the way here.
Going to dig deeper into your journey once I have more time.
You sound like an incredibly interesting person! I wrote a poem called “Permission Slip” over here — check it out if you have a minute and let me know what you think! https://open.substack.com/pub/anonymousemama

Oh, Cheryl, thank you so much for reading, taking it in, and reflecting my life back to me through your emotions. 🥰💗
It was quite the experience to write it, and that’s just the highlights LOL
Thank you for connecting!
I agree with each word you said Cheryl and thank you so much Dr Tamy for sharing your journey with us. I am glad we connected. 😊💕
🙏✨🥰
So true, Cheryl! I think "bullet pointing" our life journeys is an interesting exercise and one I plan do do in a bit more detail than I already have!
Love that for you ! ✨🙂

Thank you for sharing. I love the picture where you disappeared in the sand, ocean and pier. Very cool.
Thanks for reading, Pam. That photo shoot was an incredible experience and such artistry!

Yep! I've seriously thought about bulleting a timeline, too, but your exactness is beyond my grasp @Tamy Faierman M.D.
You are a master WordSmith recalling which month something happened -- WOW!
However, there is a clear memory I have of a violent argument Mom and Dad had.
When I asked Mama Peggy about it after she came to live with us, she turned pale, shook her head, and said, “That was a month before you were born!”
Would that be…
“at the age --0.1”?
haha age -0.1 , love it.
Feels like a draft for a fun note 😅
Blessings ✨🪽🕊️💞🙏
Thank you, Breezy
Sounds pretty epic.
Thanks for reading, Michael
Love love love! What a life. Curious about falling in love in late 40s. What was deeper in love with you? Your husband? Life?
Thank you for reading and reflecting back, Amanda. Appreciate you.

Ooh
You didn’t say who you fell in love with! See here:
At 49.75 I fell in love like I had never fallen in love before. Deep love. Wordless love. Soul love.
Ahh, yes, true. Well, maybe we'll just leave it unanswered for now and you can fill in the blank. What do you think, Amanda ? 🥰
Yep can’t wait to see more posts!! Sounds like you have a beautiful life to share

Receiving!!! Thank you so much, sending abundant energy and miracles your way. 😊✨
What a life story. I really enjoyed reading it, but even more than that, I’m curious to see what someone who’s lived all this will create next.
Thanks so much for reading, Moman. Appreciate you. I’m curious as well 😀
