We are each other’s teachers. Some days I’m the teacher and you’re the student. Other days, I’m the student and you’re the teacher.

Thank you, K., for your kind words. Thank you for Being. ♾️

After all, we’re just walking each other home 🙏✨💙

This entire piece feels like a sacred offering. Your words are tender and powerful and your permission slips are invitations I didn’t know I needed today.

Thanks for reading, Jenny. I’ve been giving myself PS for years and also give them to my Soul Surgery clients. Do it ! It’s a wonderful game changer. And of course, start with yourself.

Let me know how they’re received.✨🥰

Wondering which Permission Slip resonated most for you? And which one would you benefit from living more deeply into?

Would you share the Permission Slip that most resonated with you? Or the one that you feel you would benefit from incorporating in your life now?

I’ve learned that letting go of people, places, and patters is an honoring of who I am becoming. It’s about gaining clarity. It’s not about blame, rather it’s about truth. I no longer shrink to fit old versions of myself."

*Giving myself permission to grow and move on my past - old patterns and people, without guilt and shame. For example: when I quit drinking - I'm grateful for my sobriety but it required changing an old pattern of thinking, behaviors and people that I associated with...
