I absolutely love this concept! We all need to give ourselves permission to prioritize what’s truly necessary, even if it feels like we’re asking for too much.
Love your "permission" concept. It's especially relevant as we think about the positive aging journey. I invite you to follow @webbieofwonder for a fresh take on aging—curious, bold, and free from outdated stereotypes.
Since reading your posts, I realized that there are plenty of ways in which I could benefit from literal written PS as I had in elementary school.
Perhaps hardest for me is how deeply the perfect person belief is ingrained — although it does get called out these days. More though I wanted to share that I have been alarmed by events and distressed in recent months. I was fortunate in April to get away to a lake house and travel to a friend’s place out of state during May. I was so renewed by solitude, quiet, stillness, conversation, reading and journaling — I also limited screens. So, last weekend I put “my retreat day” on my calendar for Wednesday 12am to 12pm. I gave myself PS to do whatever I wanted, skip news, check phone twice for calls and texts, skip unless urgent.
PS for my weekly retreat day going forward.
Thank you for your writing, it is inspiring for me.

Thanks for reading and reflecting back, Shanna.
Wonderful! Thank you for this :)
My pleasure, thank you for receiving, Jay :)
I love this so much, Tammy! I hope everyone who reads your words, will join your evolution without permission to become who they really want to be. ❤️
Thank you for reading and reflecting, Claudine 🙏✨🪬

Thanks for you reflection, Webb, and I’m already subbed to your page, look forward to exploring it more deeply. 🙂✨🙏
Love the concept of the permission slip for ourselves. We need to show ourselves compassion.
🥰✨🙏
Permission to live to the fullest.
We always give others permission to judge, decide, direct our lives but when it comes to us, it feels like we're being selfish.
Deep realization about yourself, Pearl.
YES, permission to live to the fullest! 🙂✨🙏
The essential PSs we all need to learn!
🙏✨🙂
